Dr. Anwar firmly believes that our actions play a huge role in creating disease processes in our body. This is especially true for the quality and quantity of sleep and the type of foods we eat. He helps his patients to do their best to improve these aspects of their lifestyle before starting or increasing the dose of their medicines.
Dr. Anwar describes himself as a conservative physician who is available to be actively involved in his patients’ care. “Each patient who trusts me with their care will receive individualized primary and cardiology care. It is important that we take the needed time to get to know their needs and identify how they can achieve their best quality and active life. I am looking forward to getting to know the cardiology patients of Deming and Luna County.”
