All Patients will enter through the front entrances at 905 South 8th Street.

Wearing a Face Mask is OPTIONAL but recommended for all Visitors entering the facility. If you do not have a mask, please request one.  

To reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses, we are continuing to follow the CDC and the New Mexico State Public Health Order guidelines to better protect our patients, staff and you.

All staff and providers entering the clinic should use the designated entrance to access the facility.
